At Omni Goods, we strive to bring you a curated selection of high-quality products. To offer the best variety and value, we utilize a dual-fulfillment model. This means your order may be shipped from our local warehouse in Victoria, Australia, or directly from our specialized international partners.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Split Shipments (Important)

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, your order may arrive in multiple packages. * Local Stock:Items we hold in our Victoria warehouse, typically arrive faster.

  • Partner Stock: Items shipped via our global fulfillment partners (CJ Dropshipping) may take longer to arrive and will be packaged separately.
  • Note: You will receive a unique tracking number for each package in your order.
